As Managing Member of the Manaster Law Firm in Dallas and Los Angeles, Mr. Manaster has overseen almost two decdades of firm civil and commercial litigation, small and medium sized business advise and representation, as well as intellectual property, estate planning, and family law practice. During this period, Mr. Manaster has been involved in various capacities with litigation involving numerous individuals and also, among others: AMC Theatres, American Airlines, Microsoft, Pfizer, Qualcomm, and Visa.
Through the late 1990’s, Mr. Manaster served as an associate of Godwin Bowman in Dallas. There he served in the commercial litigation department representing the interests of companies like the Dallas Cowboys, Mary Kay,Halliburton, and other Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Manaster also represented various interests in business transactions and immigration matters.
Immediately after graduating SMU Law in 1994, Mr. Manaster worked as an associate for the Law Offices of William Chu and also Chae & Associates. With both small offices, Mr. Manaster was given top responsibility for litigation and trial matters, advising and representing clients in domestic and international commerical deals, immigration cases, and family and criminal matters.
